Effective Date: October 2026

Welcome to PaperVerse! By accessing or using our website and games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Rules for Using PaperVerse

PaperVerse is designed to be a fun, nostalgic, and welcoming environment for everyone. By playing, you agree to:

  • Be respectful to other players in multiplayer rooms and chats.
  • Not use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames.
  • Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the game mechanics.
  • Not attempt to disrupt the servers or the real-time syncing services.

2. Fair Play and Cheating Policy

We take fair play seriously. Games like Battleship, Guess The Drawing, and Word Chain rely on honesty and sportsmanship.

  • No Cheating: The use of automated bots, scripts, network interceptors, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
  • Consequences: Accounts found violating the fair play policy may have their statistics reset, leaderboards wiped, or face permanent bans.

3. User-Generated Content

In games like Guess The Drawing, you generate content (drawings) that is broadcasted to other players.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you draw or type.
  • Do not draw or share sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.
  • PaperVerse reserves the right to review and remove inappropriate content and ban offenders.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Limitation of Liability

PaperVerse is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall PaperVerse, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
